  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • If the selected size for the exchange is not available in stock, one of our team members will contact you via WhatsApp.
  • The exchange process typically takes 6-9 days to complete.
     Please be aware that shipping fees will need to be paid for the exchange.
  • Once you submit your exchange request, we will receive it and fulfill your order . The courier will collect your item and provide you with the new item you have requested.
