We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read our updated policies below for refunds and exchanges:
Refund Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please contact us via Instagram DM within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund. Refunds will be issued through Instapay after deducting return shipping fees. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with the flyer intact.
- Items that are damaged, worn, missing the flyer, or in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process Timeline:
- Return Inspection: Up to 10 working days.
- Refund Transfer: Up to 4 working days after the item is picked up. Refunds are processed through Instapay only, not in cash.
Important Notes:
- Items on sale are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Each order is eligible for up to two refund requests only. Beyond that, no additional refund requests can be processed.
- If a return fails due to cancellations or repeated rescheduling, the order will no longer qualify for a refund.
Exchange Policy:
We recommend inspecting your items within 24 hours of delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.
If there’s an issue with your order:
- Please contact us immediately via Instagram DM with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for.
- We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
